Waterfront @ Desa Parkcity

as you ppl know...i stay @ Kepong
which is approx 10 mins from Desa Parkcity
the recently developed residential estate in Kepong
(that sells bungalows for 1 mil+ @ Kepong)
a bit crap i feel...coz my area still have some squatters around

;/

anyway
went there today with MeiShin & FishBall
since we r all on holidays
and i cant stand watchin Sweeney Todd for the N time
scare will get fed up with Johnny Depp which i dun wan
wakaka...

back to the story.

10.30 -> woke up & text message them to gather for lunch
told them that i'll go fetch around 12.30
1.00 -> done fetching everybody & reach Waterfront
1.15 -> settled @ the Rakuzen Jap Restaurant

the interiors, an isolated space intended for 8-10 pax, with cross cut bamboos



once u have settled down, they serve you their Hot/Cold Green Tea + Hot Towels



MeiShin came here before and she say this spot is kinda splendid for a student
though...just once in a while we think would be okay
but it ended up quite a good deal..for me

they do have Set Lunch in the Menu
i ordered this Nigiri Sushi Set (Seafood Sushi Set) inclusive of 8 sushis + 1 chawan mushi + miso soup + cut fruits for rm30

MeiShin ordered ala carte and this Soft Shell Crab California Roll...<-- rm8 per roll

FishBall took a Udon Set..from the menu it shows the Udon + Chawanmushi + Salmon Sashimi..mana tau...end up there are rice underneath the Sashimi...he eat until he almost bloated...and it costs rm32 nia...wad a great deal~!
and there are scallops in the Udon~!!

after we ate...lepak @ the MaxValu Jusco there, and bought spaghetti...
coz feel like eating it tmr...then lepak to the lake in front (which is under construction of dancing lakewater feature) to the playground nearby

undoubt..the bungalows there is bloodily fascinating...totally different from the outside world...not even the Bandar Sri Damansara has anything similar
and they have a lot of plants all over the area

MeiShin was craving for ice creams @ NZN, so we decided to grab some since we are already there and each of us take a regular serving (2 Scopes) and try out each others'

then...balik lar of coz...wad else? duh~~

++..the greatest rice dumpling in the universe..++



the dumpling season is around the corner...
we begged mom sooooo hard and she agreed and made only a few
stupid fishball foraged a few from my hse
(mom gave him when he came to my hse and borrow my books today)
lucky ass la him...

anyway..these are not for sale and peeps who have eaten any of them
will never ever have any fond to the dumplings on the market
i assure u this...
